In the event our product causes concern, the following online warranty form are required to be completed. To submit a warranty claim, please fill in the online form below.

Please fill in all the available fields. Completing the form with concise information and accurately will help our warranty department to resolve the issue much quicker. Data collected from the form below will help us to continuously improve the quality of our product, and at the same time making it easier for our warranty department to deal with any issue more effectively.

Once you submit this form, a Claim ID will be assign to your case. Please keep this Claim ID as reference so that when we communicate we can follow and refer to the correct case. We may request additional information or documentation to support your claim. Our warranty department will be in contact with you after receiving your form. It may take up to 1-2 working days to process your claim, therefore we ask for your patience. Thank you.
